Your event.
Out on the street.
Bring an event, premiere or exhibition message into relevant local places. Define whether you want public awareness, event attendance or visits to an exhibitor’s stand, then plan the activity around that purpose.

Relevant campaign experience.
Public archive examples include Sony / Men in Kilts premiere creative, Channel 4 / Food Unwrapped activity, Ealing festival posters and iovation exhibition promotion. The exhibitor, contracting agency and venue are different roles; appearing near ExCeL does not make ExCeL the client.

Invite the public to an event
Lead with the event, date, location and booking or information action. Plan activity before or around the event, with the required hours and catchment clearly stated. Ticket availability and event details are supplied and approved by the organiser.
Premieres, filming and launch moments
Agree how the street display supports the public-facing moment, and what any promotional staff should do. Photography, event interaction and supporting materials belong in the scope. A poster campaign does not automatically include event production or venue management.
Help visitors find an exhibitor
An exhibition brief should identify the promoted brand, event, stand and visitor action. Use the correct stand destination and agreed locations. Venue and surrounding-land permissions must be checked; outdoor campaign planning does not grant indoor exhibition access.
Make a timing change manageable
Confirm the artwork sign-off deadline, print schedule, operating hours and on-the-day contact. If the time or venue changes, review available staff, transport and print implications before promising a revised deployment.
Agree what the report will show
Specify delivery photographs, hours and location notes. Event registrations, ticket sales and qualified stand visits need separate tracking by the organiser or exhibitor. Equipment-only or DIY hire has a different delivery scope from a staffed campaign.
Your questions, answered.
Can activity direct visitors to our stand?
Yes, where the message, locations and access are agreed. Supply the correct event and stand details before artwork approval.
Do you operate inside venues?
Only when the proposed activity, venue permission and operational arrangements have been confirmed. Indoor access is not assumed.
Can a premiere campaign include photography?
Include the photography required in the brief so it can be scoped as a specific deliverable.
What changes if our event time moves?
Contact the campaign team to review availability, print, transport and staffing implications under the agreed booking terms.
