Open days
Give prospective students and families a clear date, campus and booking action. Link the street creative to the correct open-day page, with a short URL or readable QR code where appropriate.
Advertising bikes and street teams for college open days, enrolment and results-day campaigns. Build activity around the campuses, dates and communities your recruitment team needs to reach.

Our college campaign experience includes Cambridge Regional College, Waltham Forest College and New City College. The wider education archive also records LSBF trike activity; UCL appears separately as DIY equipment hire, rather than a staffed campaign. Education has been a recurring part of our work since our early campaign years.

Plan around your confirmed admissions calendar. Identify the useful locations and hours, and who can approve changes to courses, availability or the message.
Match the message and destination to each campus catchment. Avoid sending every location to a generic page when the course offer or event differs between sites.
Open day, course awareness, results or enrolment: identify the action and deadline first.
Share campuses, relevant town centres and travel routes. Check access and landowner permissions.
Confirm dates, course wording, destination links and the sign-off owner before print.
Agree photographs and coverage notes; measure registrations separately in your own systems.
Advertising bikes give a mobile poster presence around agreed locations. Human billboards support a visible on-foot presence. Street teams can distribute approved information or direct people to admissions channels where those tasks are included.
Brief staff on approved answers and when a question should go to the college. A promotional team should not improvise course eligibility, funding advice or admissions promises. Agree conduct, photography and any college safeguarding requirements.
Specify the locations, campaign days and useful hours. Staffed units, print versions and transport affect the quote. If the budget changes, compare fewer locations, fewer units or shorter operating periods rather than an undefined reduction in coverage.
Repeat campaigns can use lessons from the previous route plan and creative. Recheck dates, campus information, links and the condition of any reused print. Prior activity does not establish current availability or a fixed price.
List each campus, message, dates and catchment. The proposal can distinguish units, hours, print and logistics for each location, subject to confirmed availability.
Share the actual calendar and approval deadlines. Capacity is checked for your brief; there is no blanket same-day guarantee.
No. The campaign delivers agreed street activity. Applications and enrolments depend on additional factors and need separate measurement in the college’s systems.
Confirm your college’s results and advice arrangements first. Some results are sent by email, so point people to the actual advice or enrolment service rather than assuming they will collect results on campus.
