Relevant campaign experience.

Our archive records Islington Council activity and a Partnership Southwark Covid/flu information campaign. Ealing festival creative provides a separate example of council-linked cultural promotion. The Southwark partnership is identified in the report; that does not establish an NHS-wide contract or endorsement.

Local services and public information

Define what people need to know and where they can get the full information. Plan neighbourhoods, dates and languages around the organisation’s brief. A short street message works best with one useful next action and a reliable source page.

Health-awareness information

Promote the approved information or designated service. The campaign team’s role is agreed in advance: displaying the message, sharing material or directing people to an official channel. Clinical advice, assessment and treatment are outside this campaign offer.

Approval before production

Name the role responsible for approving text, artwork and destination links. Confirm the current message and how changes will be handled. If print versions differ by neighbourhood or language, keep a clear schedule so the correct material is used in each place.

Brief the people delivering it

Agree permitted answers, escalation contacts, conduct and photography requirements. Staff should refer questions outside the brief to the responsible organisation. Access, routes and any venue conditions are checked for the proposed activity.

A record of the agreed activity

Specify the staffed hours, coverage notes and photographs needed for your review. Record delivery separately from uptake of a public service or any health outcome. Your organisation’s data is needed to assess those outcomes; a street photograph establishes presence at that moment.

Your questions, answered.

Who approves the campaign message?

The responsible organisation approves the text, artwork and source information before print and deployment.

Can staff answer health questions?

Only the agreed information and signposting role should be expected. Clinical questions go to the designated health service or professional.

Can the campaign cover several neighbourhoods?

List the locations, dates, language or print variants and useful hours. Capacity, routes and access are confirmed for that brief.

What reporting is available?

Agree delivery records and photographs in the scope. Service uptake and health outcomes require separate evidence.
